All models display on the E Store is available. Out of stock models are
automatically remove from the stock. We are not accepting pre-order for the
moment.
Return and Defective:
Customers must inform our after sale service within 7 business days about models default.
After get confirmation from our side, we will replace the defective models who
need to be send back to us (we assume the transportation charge). Products are checked before every shipment.
Price and information:
Price and information can be change at any time, without any advice from our side.
Complaints period:
All complain must be send to us within one month after ordering.
Order limitation:
Our order limitation is maximum 20 models. You can buy 10 pieces of 2 references or 1 piece of 20 references, maximum 20 pieces
per order.
Agreement:
The ixoStore customer has to accept sales and shipping conditions when purchasing.
