| Before each shipment, our Quality Control people are carefully checking one by one all
models to avoid any problem. But some time problem happen. To provide the best
service to our customer, our After service will help them in this case.
What are the conditions?
All sales are subject to ixoStore conditions of sale. Merchandise exchanges or returns
must be first authorized by our after sale service within 7 business days of
receipt. Absolutely no merchandise will be exchanged or accepted back without a
return authorization number, or after grace period. Store credit only will be
given on returns.
How to contact ixoStore after sale service?
You can contact our after sales service only by E Mail at asstore@ixomodels.com. It will be open
from Monday to Friday, and reply you within 48 hours.
What kind of information I should send to the after sales service?
Please send your name, email, and order number when you contact the after sales
service. If you can send pictures of the models problem for checking, that will
help us to reply you faster.
What happens in case of quality problem?
After checking the case, we will give you an authorization number. We will replace
defective models and original model must be send back to our ware houses (we
will pay the shipping charge).
If the problem is clearly identified, the process is very fast, from 1 day to 5 days.
